The G460B High Speed Automatic Gathering Machine adopts the latest technology in advanced control technologies, allowing signatures to be stacked and then fed in for a vertical transfer. It has an automatic inspect and control system for identifying common problems such as missing signatures, multi-feeding, feeding jam, and will reject faulty product.
Additionally, the G460B High Speed Automatic Gathering Machine has a multifunctional collection system that is capable of running at two optional speeds – either as a stand-alone or inline machine with the JMD / AdTech Superbinder Models.
Additional Features Include:
1. Pages are fed vertically, thereby reducing friction and decreasing the time to feed an individual page.
2. Conveyor belt is in the front, for ease of adding paper and trouble shooting.
3. Specialized settings for producing books with few pages enable the G460B to double normal output quantities.
4. Advanced technologies such as a computer interface, frequency conversion speed governor, programmable logic control (PLC), MODBUS communication technology, and automatic fault detection of missing or jammed pages.
5. A manually page adding station allows the operator to insert additional pages when necessary.
