FKB 750 Touch:
This FKB machine version was designed for complex medium format applications
including gluing and specially controlled enhancements.
The machine consists of a variable number of segments, 1.5 meters each, and a
separate manual feeder. The conveyor belts used for this machine run at an
adjustable speed of at maximum 100 m/min. The format size, depending on the type of
paper and sheets, allows for products with a maximum width of 750 mm and a maximum length
of 500 mm to be processed.
In addition to the machine segments, the peice of equipment can be equipped with an optional automatic
feeder and/or a pressing section. Additionally, special bus controlled enhancements
for complex needs are supported.
The machine has a built-in soft-controller with an easy to use potable touch-screen. All
machine functions, like machine speed for example, can be accessed quickly and easily. The
controller is capableof serving up to 8 ports for external application devices like gluing guns or air-folding units.
A common example of the use of this peice of equipment is to round off existing machinery for
special needs and large format products. |
