FKB 400 CD:

This machine is exclusively designed to process carton CD cases.

The machine consists of one 2 meter long segment. It includes a fixed conveyor belt and a integrated friction feeder. The feeder is run with a given speed ratio. By using the given folding units, the machine can run with up to 100 m/Min. This equals to approximately 20,000 sheets per hour.

In order to use any trigger based system attached to the machine, like the gluing guns and the active folding unit, an external controller is needed. In most cases, it's best using a hot glue system (Hotmelt) with an integrated soft-controller.

A common example of use is to set-up the FKB 400 instead of commonly used classic folding and gluing machines. This will shorten the set-up time and allow the classic machine to then be free to be used for an additional project.
